Virtual Trainer

The Virtual Trainer, available in the Pro-Version, helps you train without needing a person to monitor your progress. If your dog moves too far from the trail, the app provides sound and haptic feedback. Simply record a dog trail, select the matching runner trail, and enable the Virtual Trainer in the settings. The app will then notify you if you go beyond the set tolerance. Please note that the Virtual Trainer requires the Pro-Version.

You have the following settings available to configure the Virtual Trainer to your needs:

• Tolerance: This value defines the allowed corridor. When you leave the trail further than the set value, the app will inform you.
• Alarm sound: Activates sound feedback when your dog moves off the trail.
• Vibration: Enables haptic feedback when your dog goes off the trail.
• Hide deviation: Hides the current deviation from the runner trail during recording.
• Hide runner during recording: Displays only the start position of the runner trail while recording. This prevents you from seeing the trail during the recording process.
• Hide track during import: Shows only the start position of a trail in the GPX import screen. This ensures you do not see the trail while importing it.

The Virtual Trainer will only be active when you have enabled it in the settings, record a dog trail, and have selected a runner trail. You can modify the Virtual Trainer settings while recording a dog trail. Simply open the settings by tapping the icon [ICON:track_changes] next to the pause button. The alarm sound and vibration will play at a maximum of every 10 seconds.

Common questions

The vibration or sound does not play
Please make sure your phone is not turned silent. On some devices the silent mode will suppress the haptic and sound feedback given by the app.
