Managing Your Account

Need to reset your password or delete your account? Learn how to securely change your password or permanently remove your account and data in just a few steps.

Need to change your password or delete your account? Follow these steps to update your credentials or remove your data permanently.

Changing Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password or want to set a new one, you can start the reset process from the login screen. If you're already logged in, sign out first.

To reset your password:

  1. Open the app settings and tap [ICON:logout] Sign Out.
  2. On the login screen, tap Forgotten Password?
  3. Enter the email address linked to your account and submit the request.
  4. If an account exists with that email, you’ll receive a reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.

Deleting Your Account

Before deleting your account, please note:

  • This action is permanent—all recordings, trails, and other data will be lost and cannot be recovered.
  • Deleting your account does not cancel an active Pro-Version subscription. You can manage your subscription from the first option in the app’s settings.

To delete your account:

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Navigate to [ICON:settings] Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap [ICON:person_off] Delete Account.
  3. You’ll be prompted to sign in again to confirm your request.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions and sign in once more.
  5. Confirm the deletion one final time.

The app will now begin the deletion process—please wait for it to complete.
