1. IN GENERAL

1.1. The concept of the The Mantrailing App platform is based in part on the publication of details regarding individual users by making such details accessible to other users via the The Mantrailing App platform.

1.1.1. The collection, administration and use of personal details by The Mantrailing App complies with applicable data protection laws by ensuring that each user is able to decide herself, which personal details shall be made accessible to other users.

1.1.2. Special notice regarding the „Live Tracking“-feature: The The Mantrailing App platform includes a „Live Tracking“-feature, which, if activated by a user in her own discretion, enables third parties to see the route and data of such user’s activity on the The Mantrailing App platform. Unless disabled by the user in the profile settings, such user will be queried prior to each session whether she wants to activate the feature for such session. Activation of the „Live Tracking“-feature is entirely voluntary. By activating the feature, the user accepts the responsibility for such activation at her own risk. If the user does not want to give third parties access to her training route and data, then the „Live Tracking“-feature should not be activated. The user’s privacy settings can be configured accordingly, via Profiles-Setting-Privacy.

2. CATEGORIES OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY The Mantrailing App

2.1. The Mantrailing App collects information from users upon registration on its website and in connection with the use of any of The Mantrailing App’s applications. The personally identifiable information collected by The Mantrailing App falls in the following categories:

     First and last name;

     Home or other physical address, including street name and name of city or town;

     Email address;

     Miscellaneous training data, such as length and type of trainings, GPS routes, etc.

2.2. Personally identifiable information shall be saved and used in particular in order to offer new applications to the user, to improve such applications and conform them to the users‘ needs.

3. PRIVACY SETTINGS

3.1. Every user can change the privacy settings applicable to her account. In this way, the user can

3.1.1. decide, to a certain extent, which personally identifiable information is collected with respect to such user; and

3.1.2. define who can see personally identifiable information that is collected (see below, Item 3.2).

3.2. With respect to the following details, each user can decide, via Profiles-Setting-Privacy, who can see such information: 1. Profile data 2. Activities 3. Status feed 4. Maps of training-sessions 5. Tracks 6. Photos 7. training statistics. The different settings that are available are as follows:

3.2.1. All: Everyone will be able to see this, regardless of whether they have an account or not.

3.2.2. All logged in users: All logged in The Mantrailing App users will be able to see this.

3.2.3. Friends of Friends: Only your friends, as well as their friends will be able to see this.

3.2.4. Friends: Only your friends will be able to see this.

3.2.5. None: Nobody will be able to see this.

4. USE AND SHARING OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE AND NON-PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

4.1. By registering, the user explicitly agrees that The Mantrailing App shall have the right to use all automatically collected personally identifiable information, in accordance with the privacy settings of such user, for purposes of the The Mantrailing App applications. The Mantrailing App does not pass on personally identifiable information (see Section 2, above) to third parties, except as required by law or with the explicit consent of the user. The Mantrailing App implements all reasonable measures to prevent the unauthorized access by third parties to saved details.

4.2. The user explicitly consents to the storage and use of non-personally identifiable information for purposes of in-app advertising or the internet plattform by The Mantrailing App or its partners.

4.3. Training data will never be shared with advertisers or similar agencies.

5. PLUGINS AND WIDGETS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA

5.1. The The Mantrailing App Platform includes social media plugins, such as (i) Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA; (ii) Google +, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043; or (iii) Twitter, 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA.

5.2. Such plugins can recognize a user’s IP address and the page visited on the The Mantrailing App platform, and, possibly, store cookies, so that the services offered by The Mantrailing App work properly. Social media plugins and widgets are hosted either by third party providers or directly by us. Your interactions with these plugins are subject to this privacy policy or the privacy policy of any third party that offers such feature. The Mantrailing App is not responsible for the use of, or guidelines regarding the use of, personal data by third party providers.

5.3. Users may recognize the respective plugins, e.g., by the respective logo or other respective characteristic typical for the respective social media-platform on our pages. 5.4. If a user interacts with the plugins, e. g. by clicking on the Facebook „Like-Button“ or entering a comment, while being logged in to such user’s Social Media-account on Facebook, Google+ or Twitter, a user links the contents of the The Mantrailing App pages to her respective social media-profile. Thereby, Facebook/Google+/Twitter can associate a user’s visit of the The Mantrailing App page with such user’s social media-account. The Mantrailing App as the provider of the The Mantrailing App platform does not have any knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its usage by Facebook, Google+ or Twitter. 5.5. If users do not want to have the respective social media-platform associate their visits on our site with their social media-account, users must log out from their social media-account.

6. COOKIES

6.1. Several areas of the The Mantrailing App website use ‚cookies‘ ─ small text files that are placed on the user’s computer and stored by the browser. They are used by The Mantrailing App to provide a more user-friendly, effective and secure service. Cookies also enable The Mantrailing App to identify a user’s browser and offer services to such user. Cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information.

6.2. You can prevent the installation of cookies by entering the corresponding settings in your browser software. However, please note that in this case you may not be able to use the complete range of functions of the The Mantrailing App platform to its full extent.

7. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

7.1. The The Mantrailing App platform uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service by Google Inc. („Google“). Google Analytics uses ‚cookies‘ (see Section 6, above). The information about your visit collected by the cookies, including your IP address, is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and saved there. To the extent that the The Mantrailing App platform has activated IP anonymization, Google first abbreviates your IP address within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. Google will use the information collected on behalf of the website operator to evaluate your use of the The Mantrailing App platform, to compile reports about your activities within the The Mantrailing App platform, and to provide further services to The Mantrailing App related to use of the The Mantrailing App platform and Internet use. Google will under no circumstances associate the IP address transmitted by your browser within the operations of Google Analytics with other Google data.

7.2. You can prevent the data related to your use of the The Mantrailing App platform, including your IP address, generated by the cookies from being recorded by Google and Google’s processing of this data by downloading and installing the browser plugin from the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

The The Mantrailing App platform expanded the Google Analytics-Service with the “anonymizeIP”-Code to anonymize the user’s IP-address.

7.4 The The Mantrailing App platform uses Google DoubleClick for Publishers (“DFP”). DFP uses Cookies to provide the user with user-relevant advertisements – further information may be found at https://support.google.com/dfp_premium/answer/2839090?hl=en. The user may disable the DFP’s cookie placement and the placement of user-relevant advertisements via the website: http://www.google.com/ads/preferences.

8. FIREBASE

8.1 The The Mantrailing App platform uses Firebase tools provided by Firebase, a Google company. We use the information we get from Firebase tools to administer, develop and improve our services and applications. Firebase uses ‚cookies‘ (see Section 6, above). Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Firebase about your use of the App is governed by the Google Privacy Policy (available at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/). You may learn more about how Google collects and processes data specifically in connection with Firebase at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/. By default multiple Firebase Kits are activated in The Mantrailing Apps products. You can prevent „Firebase Analytics“ from sending analytics data by unchecking ‚Send usage data‘ in the settings of The Mantrailing Apps products. Other Firebase Kits like „Firebase Crash Reporting“ or „Firebase Performance Monitoring“ will always be activated in The Mantrailing Apps products, to keep us informed about any troubles appearing in The Mantrailing Apps products.

8.2 Data that might be collected by Firebase is, but is not limited to:
• Information about products and services you’ve ordered, enquired about or shown an interest
• Information about your interaction with our websites, mobile apps and other products and services, including adverts
• Information we collect or remember using technologies similar to cookies, such as device identifiers on your mobile device.
• Your IP address, which is a number that identifies a specific network device on the internet which allows your device to communicate with websites and apps.
• Technical information from your device relating to the service you receive
• Information relating to the location of your device.

9. FABRIC

9.1 The The Mantrailing App platform uses Fabric tools provided by Fabric. We use the information we get from Fabric tools to administer, develop and improve our services and applications. Fabric’s ability to use and share information collected by Fabric about your use of the App is governed by the Google Privacy Policy (available at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/). You may learn more about how Google collects and processes data specifically in connection with Fabric at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/. By default multiple Fabric Kits are activated in The Mantrailing Apps products. Fabric Kits like „Crashlytics“ will always be activated in The Mantrailing Apps products, to keep us informed about any troubles appearing in The Mantrailing Apps products.

9.2 According to Crashlytics, Fabric: 
„The Services automatically collect certain information that does not personally identify End Users who access or use mobile applications that use the Services. 10. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

10.1. If The Mantrailing App decides to change its privacy policy, it will post those changes on this page. This policy was last modified on 15 June, 2017.

11. YOUR CONSENT

11.1. By using our site and The Mantrailing App, you consent to our privacy policy.

12. NEWSLETTER

12.1 The Mantrailing App will send newsletters to registered users. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user allows The Mantrailing App to send newsletters. The user can opt out of receiving a newsletter each time such newsletter is received. Upon opting out, the user will not receive any further newsletters from The Mantrailing App.
