Android v. 1.5.8 improvements

• We have revised the PDF export fundamentally. It now contains all the relevant information in a new design.

• We are now using the maps created by the GIScience Research Group @ Heidelberg University.

• We now consider the elevation when calculating the trail length.

• Date and time are now displayed in the format you set on your device.
